Our mission

When it has to get there, it gets there.

Australia's north and the wider region are defined by long coastlines, remote communities and sites with no port, no wharf and no sealed road.

Beachhead Logistics plans and delivers the movement that connects them — from ship to shore, from shore to site — for major projects, for Defence, and for communities when disaster cuts them off.

Emergency response · Case study

Cyclone Ellie and the Fitzroy Valley floods

In early 2023, ex-Tropical Cyclone Ellie brought record flooding to the Fitzroy River in WA's Kimberley. The Fitzroy River Bridge on the Great Northern Highway was destroyed, and Fitzroy Crossing and the valley's communities were cut off.

Beachhead Logistics responded within 6 days, standing up 5 shallow-draft boats, a 40-person camp and an independent supply chain back to Darwin. Over 4 months, our team of 35 moved more than 15,000 people, 140 vehicles and thousands of tonnes of freight across the river.
